Stucco & Siding

Elastomeric coatings that flex with seasonal expansion — bridges hairline cracks, sheds water.

N° 02

Brick & Masonry

Mineral silicate or breathable acrylic, depending on age. Mortar pointing repair where required.

N° 03

Wood Trim & Soffits

Sanded to bare wood, primed with oil-modified primer, finished with two coats of premium exterior alkyd.

N° 04

Garage & Front Doors

Bespoke colour-match, factory-grade finish. Hand-sanded between coats for a glass-smooth result.

N° 05

Decks & Fences

Pressure-washed, sanded, sealed with semi-transparent or solid stain rated 5-7 years.

N° 06

Power Washing

Included with every exterior repaint. Available as standalone for siding, decks & driveways.

Full Methodology
  1. 01

    Surface Inspection

    We assess substrate, identify rot, flashing issues, and chalking. Detailed scope written into your quote — no surprises mid-job.

  2. 02

    Wash & Repair

    Pressure-washed to remove dirt, mildew, chalk. Caulk failed joints, replace rotted wood, scrape loose paint.

  3. 03

    Prime & Paint

    Spot-prime bare wood and stains, then 2 coats of premium exterior acrylic or elastomeric — sprayed and back-rolled.

  4. 04

    Final Walk

    Property left cleaner than we found it. Written warranty covers materials & workmanship.

Common questions.

Late spring to early fall — temperatures between 8-25°C with low humidity and no rain forecast for 24 hours after application.
Premium acrylic on properly prepped wood: 5-8 years. Elastomeric on stucco: 10-12 years. The warranty is in writing.
Yes. Brick requires breathable coatings (mineral silicate or specific acrylics) so moisture isn't trapped behind the paint film. We will spec accordingly.
Yes — we replace rotted sections of trim and fascia, then prime and paint. Major structural work referred to our licensed carpentry partner.
