Renovation Scope

Everything you need to refresh a room.

We focus on the trades that touch paint — drywall, trim, carpentry, doors, accent walls — so the finish coat lands on properly prepared substrate.

N° 01

Drywall Repair & Install

Patches, full sheets, ceiling work. Tape, mud, sand, prime — Level 5 finish on request for raking light.

N° 02

Trim & Mouldings

Crown, baseboard, casing, wainscoting & built-ins. Mitred, caulked, primed, painted to perfection.

N° 03

Doors

New solid-core slabs hung & finished. Existing doors stripped, sanded, sprayed in our booth.

N° 04

Accent Walls

Shiplap, board-and-batten, panelling, slat walls — built, primed, finished as a single feature.

N° 05

Light Carpentry

Built-ins, shelves, mantels, window seats. Bench-built, installed, finished in place.

Project Management

    Scoping Visit

    We meet you on-site, walk the space, listen to what you want, and propose a phased plan with allowances clearly itemised.

  2. 02

    Detailed Proposal

    Written quote within 3-5 business days, with line items for carpentry, drywall, trim, paint, and any third-party trades.

  3. 03

    Build & Finish

    Single crew works through the scope in sequence — protection, demo, build, sand, prime, two-coat finish.

  4. 04

    Punch-List & Sign-Off

    Walk together, list anything to address, fix, sign off. Single consolidated invoice, written warranty.

We sub those to licensed Ontario partners (ESA-certified electricians, licensed plumbers). Coordinated under the same project schedule, billed transparently.
Yes — drywall repair, new trim, doors, accent walls, full repaint, all sequenced so we're only in one zone at a time.
For room-scale projects: no. For floor-scale: only if we're doing major drywall or floor work — and only for those days.
Your project lead. Written warranty covers our workmanship; we'll come back to fix anything attributable to us.
